Anyone work for DFS

How do i clean the Freya sofa, no marks or anything just to freshen it up. Can i use a carpet cleaner with upholstery attachment or have a carpet/furniture cleaning firm clean it?

Anyone?

Imagine if DFS had a customer services email or telephone and you could ask them.

There’s usually a label on the furniture with care instructions or they may have come in the packaging.
If there’s nothing online I’d contact the retailer directly. Carpet cleaner may be too harsh depending on the type of fabric.
