Oily cake tin

I’ve just purchased a non-stick muffin tin. It’s great except for one thing. After removing the cakes, there’s blobs of oil in the bottom of each section. I haven’t greased the tin, just put cake cases in. The oil also isn’t cleaning off. Any advice?

Wipe it out with kitchen roll while it’s still warm. It should wash off with washing up liquid though.
