My DD got a new cream Christmas jumper, wore it once to School and came back covered in blue stains. It seems to be a blue chalk paint. I put her also stained leggings in with the rest of the washing and seemed to have set the stain. I would be keen to rescue the jumper if I can.
I have had it soaking all day in cold water with some Soak handwash. It has done a little but stains are still very noticeable. I have a handwash/wool facility on my washing machine. Would this work as it has already been soaked in cold water? Can anyone advise?
