Dog vomited on sofa, husband picked it up and sprayed with vanish foam. Now this! What can I do?

Is it a washable seat cover? Hard to see what type of fabric it is from the pic. Can the cover be removed and sponged off?

You could see if anyone you know has one of these type cleaners, although you’d likely have to do the whole sofa so it matches.
