Will £20 get me a reasonable iron?

Need to replace my iron as it keeps shorting out the house and I've no idea how much to spend! There's several choices in Argos at £20. We don't iron much (I don't iron at all in fact ), it's just dh's shirts.
Any comments?

an iron isnt exactly rocket science - buy one for £20 and itll do the job fine

We got a good russel hobbs one from currys for £19. It's really good and better than the last one that I paid £35 for!!
