Electric diffuser help

Please does anybody how to get rid of scent in an electric diffuser, when you want to change to a different oil. I can never remove the old smell, and find when they mix it can be unpleasant

I clean mine with white vinegar - if the smell is particularly bad or lingers I put white vinegar in with water and turn it on to "diffuse" outside for a while.

Can anyone recommend an oil diffusers please.the aromatherapy type with water you drop oil into
