Bedroom window in my ds and my bedroom has a few small mould spots on wall beside window and a little bit on the windowsill.
Windows have started to be a little wet this last week with the colder weather but I wipe them every morning and open the windows for an hour at least or longer to air the rooms I also have the small dehumidifiers from Poundland in each room which collect water.
So what else can I do to prevent this?

I sprayed cleaning vinegar onto ours and wipe when wet. The vinegar has been effective.

Oh but leave the vinegar spray for a bit before wiping. Maybe 30-60 mins.

Really it just comes down to ventilation. Your breath is damp so after 8 hours the room is full of damp air unless it can escape.

I leave the windows open a touch in our room when it's not freezing, and leave dcs doors open.

If you see mould get rid of it properly with a good spray to kill it all.

Spray bleach. I think vinegar is better for porus surface whereas bleach is better for smooth surface.

@jtaeapa Thanks.. I have white vinegar do I just dab it in with a cloth leave for an hour and wipe off?
I have some anti mould paint would that be ok to paint over after using the vinegar do you think?
