Help - how to get paint out of a coat?

Help my daughter has managed to get dark blue poster paint on her pink coat it’s the waterproof type fabric and it’s as if it’s just dyed it. Can’t shift it at all. Any ideas?

You probably just have to accept its now a pink coat with an abstract blue pattern on it now.
