in an easy-to-implement kind of way. thanks

• Do things in 5-15 minute chunks.
• Build a routine so that certain things eg, dishes, laundry become second nature and so dont pile up.
• split your house into zones ie, living room, kitchen etc and do a deep clean in one zone each week. That way most get covered through the month
• face the mockery of lots of people who thing your a bit strange
