What washing powder smells like jellybeans?

I've recently got our old baby clothes out and as they were vacuum packed they still smell like they've been freshly washed. My hormonal nostalgic self has sobbed over the tiny vests.

The only problem is that I can't remember what we used to wash them in! We have Fairy powder at the moment but when we wash clothes now it doesn't smell the same. I assumed it would have been Fairy but it can't be, unless the pods smell different?

We have an Aldi nearby so it could be something from there, or it could be proper branded one.

It smells a bit like jellybeans to me. I want the clothes to still smell the same after they're washed once number 2 is here, can anyone help?

The Surf watermelon one smells like jellybeans

I think Persil does, somewhat

Comfort conditioner, Tropical Burst! I think that's the one, it's an orange liquid anyway. I love finding clothes washed in that in the back of a drawer, the scent lasts forever!

I always thought the blue Bold powder was a bit like Jelly beans.

I don't remember buying bold or surf in the last few years, I know we've definitely bought Fairy, Persil, Ariel and the Aldi one (Almat?)

Fabric softener wise it's been Fairy or the Comfort one with the baby on, I think I wanted to have that 'baby' washing smell, but it doesn't smell like the Fairy powder we use now!

Nothing smells as strong as whatever we washed the baby clothes in. These days our washing tends to smell of nothing at all Confused
