Evening all

Was at work today and just home so made dinner, set breadmaker, did dds homework (she just read ger first book ) Now on checking train times as have to be in work early for meeting.

To do
Make lunches
Dismantle shelving unit no longer in use cause all the clutter is gone!
Fill out driving license form
Find where I put my cheque book and write cheque for licence.
Re-read work manual to find out if various child protection situations are covered (and try my best not to start an AIBU thread!)
Kick myself some more for thinking dds school pics were tomorrow, not today.

Sorry I was not in for the weekend. I had an early night Friday and went shopping Saturday, also had to get DS1 some more new school shoes. Some how he cut them at school. I think he used scissors at school but he said they just broke, but you can see they were cut. They were new shoes for this year! He has been a pain all weekend as well so It makes me think even more he cut them, hes been trying to break a lot of things all weekend
What with doing a lot Saturday and DS1 being a pain I got so tired. So I did not use the PC or I know I would have got a bad headache to go with the bad weekend.

DD has been sick tonight, here goes with the sick bug again. She is sleeping in my bed now to I will have her in with me all night. Its ok until she kicks me in her sleep I sure she is going to want to play football.

I have not read the threads yet so I hope everyone are well.

Weather are saying snow for the end of the week. I really hope it does snow. I love the snow, not that I have really seen much before. My Granddad used to say he walked to work a lot in the winter months when he was younger because we got a lot of snow years ago. It was good as, as long as they got to work, they were then sent home with full pay.

Logging off now, see you all tomorrow and I will read back then as well. Too tired tonight.

We have had a busy day - but both DS's are unwell, thankfully DS2 is sleeping his way through feeling poorly.

Builder Bob is now showing hesitation with all the things he said were "no problem" before he started

Anyway - chicken Risotto and a couple of glasses of wine and all worries can wait until daylight. Another glass of wine and it may be Dh's lucky night

Busy day here & went to my first Yoga class in years at 630 tonight. Enjoyed it so much it was great to switch off for a full hour. So relaxing I nearly fell alseep. Thankfully luda no jumping around involved so no leakage

janni hope your mealing planning went ok. I always opt for lasagne, spag bog, casseroles in slow cooker, stir frys, chilli & rice.

I hope I didn't miss anybody I am cross eyed checking & rechecking todays post. For the 2nd night running ellie has had tantrums at bed time.. taking well over an hour to settle very draining. Made me cry both nights as she is such a good toddler most days. Off to have some chocolate & then bed. Night all.x.

Oh EHM I miss my yoga classes - will wait until DS1 is in full time school in september and get going again then great that you enjoyed it.
how old is your littleone? bless you it must be so hard when she isn't settling to bed at night.

Hi jen hanks for that. little miss is 20 months. she is a joy but we do go through stages where she is a rascal either not sleeping through the night, or the latest screaming when we put her in her cot at night. This afternoon I put her in her the cot for a nap around one she cried for about 20 seconds & went straight to sleep.go figure Decided to have brioche with nutella yummy. Have a good night, hope lo's sleep well for you.

Just out of curiousity, whats the one thing/place that has changed since starting Flylady that you get the most satisfaction from?

TMH - I smacked my DS (eight today) when he was two, for pouring a cup of milk on the floor as he looked me in the eye - it was the low point in an awful afternoon. I tell him about it now and he laughs and pretends to reenact it, because it's about the one and only time I did smack him. Try to keep it in perspective and be gentle with yourself.

evening all

very little done today other than tea made, washing up done and kitchen surfaces cleaned. Mostly since I got home from work I've been swatting up on things for my assessment centre thingy on Wednesday. Think of me tomorrow evening when I'm schlepping to Croydon!

I've pained the lading(again), and stairs and hall way this evening. I will put some pics on when I've finished, bu no idea when that will be.
I have just added a pic of me and my d to my profile hough (a rare event as I am not wha tyou would call photogenic.) I am with my brother and his ds, not my dp

I hope you are okthis evenin TMH. I am not a smacking mum, but I really don't think it harms a child to see that parents can lose thier temper too at times.
