Cleaning instant pot airfryer lid

Long story short we forgot vegetables in the instant pot with air fryer lid on wiped clean with the inner bit of the lid with soapy water but it still smells foul. Anyone knows how to clean it to make sure it doesn't smell and give us food poisoning as it can't be washed in the dishwasher?

They're a bu**er to clean aren't they. I've soaked mine in washing up liquid and a bit of vinegar before. Seems to get rid of most of the smell.
