Tell me about your 4 slice, wide toaster please!

Our second Brevllle toaster in 2 years has died, I could probably claim on the warranty again but I don’t want the same toaster again.
We need a 4 slice one, but specifically one with wide slots for bagels and now “crimpit” toasties - which DP and the children are obsessed with!
Any recommendations gladly taken!

We have one of those Crimpets things and it works well and yes they are addictive. Comes in different colours too.
It's the best toaster we have had and I previously had much more expensive ones!

I've had 2, first one was brought 32 years ago. Second one about 5 years ago. Worth every penny as used almost daily

We have a Dualit long slice toaster (2 long slots) and it fits all the bread products we eat but it’s rubbish and causes us daily grief - but as was over £100 we just grumble and put up with and long for the day it dies (probably in 25 years time 🙄)

Have a four slice dualit which is used multiple times a day by starving people (teenagers) we use it to toast and warm up things
nice chunky openings,
this one is about 12 years old so used by young kids previously, had a 2 slice before and that lasted about 10 years and we gave it to someone to keep who repaired it
when we need to replace we will get the same as they appear to be indestructible

I have a dialit. Bought 24 years ago. Still looks cool and new. Is brilliant. Worth every penny and paid for itself in not being replaced! And yes you can but spares as I got a new timer as mine was sticking this year.

Looks like we might have to save for a Dualit next!
