Robotic hoover/mop

Hi all,
I've searched and found a couple of threads on this but was hoping for updated advise.

Looking for a hoover and mop that I can put on at night time. I've got wooden floors and tiles only downstairs. We've got a puppy so even if I mop, an hour later it's a mess. At least
In the morning it will look decent?!

Thanks for the advise.

I can't advise BUT basically have the same issue and I'm tagging on to your thread 😂

Me too for latching on to your thread sadly. Also- for those who do have them, do the go over 'humps'. We have raised door stoppers (about 5mm) on the floor that are screwed it and it would need to climb over them!

I have a cheap robot hoover and I couldn't run it at night because it is too loud.
It will go over door "humps" but will get caught in lamp cords/stuck between chair legs etc so if you want it to run while your asleep then you will need to put kitchen chairs up and clear the floors before it starts.
Ours can get stuck trying to hoover up the rug at the back door for example.
I got it for the dog hair and am thinking of saving for a more expensive quieter one as I run it during the day and the noise can be irritating as it takes much longer than the hand driven hoover to cover the same area.

Did any of you make a decision? I’m looking for one too!

We got the hoover and loved it. Upgraded to add a mop but tbh the mop part is not great. It's basically a wet cloth underneath that just rubs the floor.
But I love the robot vacuum

I have a eufy hoover/mop.

The mop is basically a barely damp cloth and completely ineffective on my floors. It might be better on smooth/shiny floors but mine is slightly textured to hold more dirt be non slip. I just use the hoover function.

I’ve grown fond of it but it’s definitely not the best on the market. Watching it get lost on its way home is endearing. It doesn’t charge unless I line it up just so and it is pretty frustrating when you ask it to hoover and it needs a charge after sitting around for 2 days.

I wish I’d saved up for a roomba.
