Little bugs in mugs

Does anyone know what bugs these are? I've just found them in most of the mugs we don't use much on the kitchen counter. I also found a lot on the inside bottom of an open green tea box.

How come they've congregated inside of the mugs? How did they get here? We're 3 floors up in a flat! It's not often we find spiders, let alone these little fellas.

Thank you.

Looks like weevils of some sort. Often you’ll get them in flour so I’d check any other dry goods too, though if all you have in that cupboard was the mugs and green tea I assume they came in with the tea!

Book lice

Yes, Booklice.

Definitely book lice.

Sorry I haven't replied, I have a lot going on (FIL just died). Is it definitely booklice? We don't have mold in the kitchen.

I've cleaned a lot of the kitchen and killed a lot of the booklice, but they're still there. I think I need to deep clean and then run the dehumidifier overnight.

I appreciate the help.
