Manual hoover

Anyone got one and is it any good?
Was thinking of purchasing one, but I have a dog . She doesn't shed much hair, to the point I don't have to hoover daily. Should I just save my money and stick with a twice weekly dash around with my dyson ?

I have one and find it quite helpfil. It is easy and satisfying to use, and good at minimising hair and debris to allow you to put the hoovering off for a day .

Better to think of it as a super-good dustpan and brush, though, rather than as a hoover. If you expect hoovering-standard performance you will be disappointed.

Love emptying it. The little rolls of dog hair and dust!🙂

That's good to know. I don't Hoover every day as house of adults that work and dog spends more time asleep!
Where did you get your from @Random789 ?

I have one and it is ideal for dog hair. I use it daily to go over the living room and dining room rugs. Also great on the carpet in bedrooms. A lot easier than getting the hoover out for a quick clean.

Got mine from Amazon and it is a Bissell Sturdy Sweep (which sounds like it is Ron Weasley's hand-me-down Quiddich broom)

What are you trying to achieve? You currently do a vacuum twice weekly. Are you trying to cut back to one? But why? Surely it's just as much work to get out the manual thing?
