WHAT TOG???

Does anyone know what tog duvet you are supposed to get for a three year old?

I bought a really high tog but DS is sweating buckets!! A friend told me you should only get a 4 tog for children. Am confused!

Ds is almost 4 and has a 6 tog duvet.

DD 3.6 has 4tog, on the advice of John Lewis. If her room is v cold I just stick a fleece blanket on the bed too.

My DD has a 4 tog too - but she has a fleece blanket under it as its more snuggly for her but also putting it on top stops the duvet working properly
