Help!! coir doormat in my Bosch washing machine

the house sitter tried to make things nice for us when we came back from holiday and has washed a coir door mat in my washing machine. I now tried to wash my clothes and it now keeps showing error message 06 so I drain pump and pulled out few single coir hair but it’s not washing it all out
any chance to rescue this machine? I am hanging onto hope

When you say "drain pump", have you unscrewed the filter at the bottom? (What were they thinking of by washing the mat in your machine?!!)

kids her age now have no clue !!
i did clean filter
it must be somewhere between drum and filter/ pump where blockage is..
