We can’t fathom how it got onto DH’s sandals, but he walked it into the hall where we were meeting last week. It was really thick and gungy. I spent quite a bit of time scrubbing it off the wooden floor with neat washing up liquid, while he cleaned the bottom of his sandals with the same.
But not well enough :-(
There are now several patches on our pale lounge carpet. I’ve tried neat washing liquid, plus an ordinary carpet stain remover, but getting nowhere.
Any ideas?
