Own Brand Cleaning Products

Hi All,

interested to hear others opinions on "own brand" cleaning products. I've generally been a bit of a snob and prefer the branded products from Dettol, Method etc but is there really much of a quality difference between those and the likes of Aldi/Tesco own brand products which are much cheaper? Thanks😀

There's some things which aren't worth economising on, eg, washing up liquid I find if you use cheap stuff you need more of it. However, with things like anti bac spray toilet cleaner etc. It's all much the same just different scent/packaging

Lidl washing up liquid is great as is their washing powder. I use their bleach too.

My tip is to always use the same brand. Same with loo paper.

If you swap between brands, you'll use the same amount, so you'll be zapping through the pricy stuff.

Tesco bleach, washing up liquid, non bio washi g powder, window cleaner, white vinegar and daily shower spray (although I don't live in a hard water area).
For all surface cleaning and floors I use zoflora so not used tesco branded multi purpose cleaners.
