Removing red wine stain from white t-shirt

My ds's white t-shirt was doused with cheap Romanian red wine it could be ruined.

Has anybody successfully removed red wine stain from white clothing?

Other than rinsing it immediately and washing immediately then it could be tricky.
Sunlight should help to bleachen it though.

I had this once at a Christmas party. As soon as I got home I soaked in fairy liquid for half an hour and chucked in the wash. Could never tell there was a mark.

Soak it in oxy or bio powder and wash tomorrow; hang outside if possible.You may have to repeat the process but I would be optimistic that you will get it out.
