Has anyone got one of these? Just unpacked this and assembled it. No steam coming out. There is a plastic tube with a brass ball on the end of it in the water tank. The brass ball is just floating around in the tank. Is it supposed to be attached anywhere? I can't see how the water gets from the tank, through the nozzle IYSWIM. The instructions are no help. I have posted a question on the Vax website, but it is "down for maintenance".
Any advice would be appreciated. I don't want to try dismantling it at this stage.
