Super king bloody duvets

how the fcuk do you change superking duvet covers? I'm dripping in sweat & it's still not 'properly in' all tips welcome!!

Lay cover on the bed (assuming no board etc on the bottom of the bed)
Take corner of the duvet and put in corner of cover as it lies flat on the bed
Take other corner of duvet and repeat
Run edge of cover down edge of duvet, repeat with other side
Hold top middle of duvet in cover and shake.
so basically don’t pick up the cover, do it in situ

It's easier (but not easy) if you have duvet cases which open up all along one side.

If you have those b##tard ones which have an opening that's about 1/3 of the edge and you have to post the duvet through it - I don't think the inside method works for those

Turn duvet cover inside out
put your hands into the duvet cover to grab each “top” end and then, puppet like, grab the top corners of the duvet itself

flick the cover over the duvet and if you have bannisters and stairs, it’s a good space to use

we don’t have stairs to use so I just flick it all over onto the bed

you can use this on all sizes of duvet

No, still works for the smaller opening

you just lay the partially done duvet/duvet cover on the bed, put the bottom duvet corners in their cover corners and then grab the corners from the outside and shake the other way

When we upsized our bed to a super king size we opted for 2 singles. I like the fact that I can now stick a random leg out on either side!
