I have a shower tray which is made from cast with a gel coat slate effect which has become discoloured due to using A cleaner I shouldn’t have . Lakeland daily granite clean and shine brings the shine back temporarily but washes off when shower used . Any ideas on what I can do/use to put the shine permanently back on ?

You could look for 'gel coated shower tray resurfacing' and see if you find any good suggestions.
Out of interest, what cleaner did you use and do you know which brand and type the tray is?
