SILK THROW RUINED?

Does anyone have any idea how to remove rust stains from a silk throw. A radiator next to my bed leaked and soaked into my throw leaving a rusty water mark.

The cleaning label says dry clean only.

could you try washing by hand with persil silk and wool or similar?
