Does anyone use them? What is your preferred app and method?

I use MS 'to do' list app for the shopping - work really well as DH and DS can add things to it too, and whoever goes shopping first gets whatever is on the list. I think it would be useful for any types of task though.

I've tried housework apps (can't remember which now) but never really got on with them. I prefer to use my online diary/notepad - mainly to motivate me to actually do them rather than a list to help me remember. I do 'PO3' lists (power of three) - three things I have to do before I can do something else. The complexity of these tasks depends on my mood/motivation levels - so they are three attainable things given what that is.

I like that PO3 list. I'll give it a go.

I have an app called Things 3 that I like but it’s paid for and only on Apple devices.

Todoist is quite good and has a free version.

I’ll have a look. Thank you.

I use trello and notion, like them both, very flexible and use-friendly. I use Freemium version which is totaly okay for me and my needs.
