How much is a cleaner per hour (home counties)?

I've had enough of trying to work, keep on top of the house, garden, kids, laundry etc. I think I thought as they got older they'd pitch in a bit more but they are just grumpy teens and the effort of getting them to do anything is just wearing me down. I've got a four bedroom house and I reckon it would take about 3 hours to clean. How much do you pay per hour?

Cleaner here in Midlands. I change £15 per hour. I'd try and find someone who has been recommended by a friend/ colleague, I'd also expect a longer clean the first time so the cleaner can get on top of everything.
