Will I ever get this stain out?

I'm struggling to get a stain out if my little girls dress. It came from her eating a pink Peppa Pig ice cream lolly.

I soaked it in nappy san and also made a paste with nappy san. Its been on a 40 wash and left out in the sun to dry but still isnt going.

Anyone got any advice?

Someone bought it as a gift only last month so really dont want it to be ruined ☹️

Pre soak and wash in a Vanish solution. I'm sure it ill work/fade in time.

Dish soap rubbed in over night and wash with with Ariel bio cold wash gel.

Direct bright sunlight

Rub washing up liquid into it and wash with bio powder
