fake blood all over fab new top

what am i going to do to get this out???
any ideas? it came out of a fake (obviously) dead hand

hasn't been touched by hot or cold water but is totally dry

Not a clue, I quickly hid th fake blood exH got then at halloween.

I would treat like real blood rinse as much out in running cold water then soak in cold water, keep changing the water, perhaps add salt as you would with real blood.

biotex works on non-organic things then?
I wanted to try cold water but i know some things are set by hot and some by cold, i couldn't remember which
