How to clear the stench of fox pee.

Just that really.

It's the hottest week of the year and a fox has decided to pee outside my kitchen door. The stench is horrific. And it's my day off🙄

So, can I please ask what has worked for you?

I've hosed the area down and sprayed with white vinegar, I shall be putting down some biological washing tabs before dark, and I have instructed the male offspring to pee in a bottle for later😜

I'll try anything. The stench is awful!!

Help!

Tomato sauce gets it off fur so might be worth a try? I feel for you it’s a horrible smell.

If there are no plants there, water the area with diluted Jeyes fluid

I would mix up some Persil (or any brand washing powder) and slosh over the step , to get rid of the smell and also the scent is a deterrent to some degree

How old are your sons? Apparently it only works with adult male pee as a deterrent…

Late teens. But grandad joined in as well. It appears they never grow up😁

I didn't think of washing powder. I might mix some with chilli flakes and sprinkle some down.

I've even faffed with the sensor light and got it working again. Might scare the blighter off.

Thank you for your suggestions. Keep 'em coming!
