Does anyone know how to remove tea stains from a fireplace which I'm assuming is marble?

Try a little bit of Milton (or similar sterilising fluid). Dab on with a cloth. I find it fades tea-stains really well on things like laminate or painted wood. But try it somewhere hidden first!

Oooh that's good to know I have some Milton tablets so will try it (and maybe use it on my cups too)!

I'd try Milton too. Once you've got rid you can seal it so it's less likely to stain again. We use Lithofin.
