I am trying to find pegs suitable for shirts and bedding that dont slide along my minky retractable line!! I have lots of experience pegging out but this sliding along the line is ridiculous. Is it really that difficult these days to get something so simple right. The line is the same as the whirly gig type line so not very thick and i have many different type of pegs which i try jamming on as tight as possible but to no avail. After 40 years of pegging out successfully im trying to resolve this without returning to my old style narrow nylon tow rope style washing line, and help. thanks

I use Ecoforce pegs and as long as you put them on properly they don't move

Can you use a clip hanger and use that instead

Another vote for ecoforce pegs. We ordered a new line and the diameter was far smaller than my old line. I couldn't be bothered to send it back, anyways, out of all my pegs they're the only ones that aren't moving on it. All the washing sliding together is driving me insane 😂
