Steam mops

I’m thinking of getting a 3 in 1 which vacuums, mops and dries. What’s your experience of them? Can they damage the plinths of kitchen units or wooden skirting boards?
Thank you.

Not sure if this is the same type of thing because it's not a steam mop but we have a tineco which is amazing. It mops and vacuums and does leave the floor quite dry. The floors feel amazingly clean after I've used it and you can really see the dirt it picks up in the waste water. I haven't noticed any damage to skirting boards etc but the machine itself does have some scuff marks.
