Warren evans do some low beds, and you can put under bed storage units under there.
but tbh I’d just get whatever double bed you like the look of and pop some cushions on the floor beside it, he will prob roll off a couple of times then just learn not to. You can also roll up towels and put them under the sheets on the side of the bed to stop him rolling.
