How do I make my own anti vac spray?

How do I make my own anti back surface kitchen and bathroom spray using white vinegar and bicarb?
And will it kill 99% of germs?

I'm not convinced that mixing vinegar and bicarb is actually of much use. One is an acid and the other an alkali, so mixing them just neutralises them.

Do not mix them. Neutralisation produces water! Why don’t you just buy a natural (ish) cleaning product?

You need alcohol to make it kill bacteria. But honestly cleaning sprays don't need to be antibacterial, some kind of detergent to loosen stains is enough.
