Help - Washing machine measurements

My washing machine has given up and I need to get a new one. The one I have is a 9kg drum, so I wouldn't want smaller as it is handy to be able to put microfibre duvets through.

I was hoping for something A rated for energy efficiency and maybe with the feature that you can pause it to add a lost sock/missed item to the wash!

The width of the gap in which it needs to fit is 60cm. My old washing machine was 59.5cm wide, so just enough wriggle room to get it pushed back.

I am so confused when looking online for a new machine as so many of them say that they are 60cm wide. Surely this would mean that they would not easily slide back into a standard 60cm gap in most people's homes?

One model I have looked at is a Samsung Series 6 WW90T684DLH/S1 Washing Machine. It is about twice what I have ever paid before, but I have read good reviews. Does anyone have one? Does it fit into a standard 60cm gap?

Does anyone have any other recommendations for good washing machines that would fit in that size space?

One bit of advice I'd give you is don't go by the measurements they give you online. I returned a tumble dryer convinced it wouldn't fit but it was nowhere near the measurements they'd listed on the site where they had it for sale. I actually rang a shop who had one on display and got them to measure it for me. I think the width and height are generally standard, it's the depth that can differ a lot. I've got a 9kg LG and hate it, I wish I'd stuck to Samsung which is what my previous model was.

I have just measured three appliances all 59.5cm.

The ones that say 60cm are designed to fit in a standard 60cm gap
