In an effort to cut down on our electricity usage it has been noted that we routinely overfill the kettle and boil more water than necessary - several times a day.
Short of filling a thermos flask every morning, has anyone come across a kettle that can be used on an induction hob and has a water gauge to show how much water is being boiled? Ideally it should also whistle.
We've found a glass kettle but it doesn't whistle. Would also consider a kettle with an easily removed lid rather than filling up via the spout as we do currently.
