Storage for kids’ keepsakes

I’m organising the kids’ artwork, school reports etc which have until now been stuffed in a drawer.

We’re quite minimalist with what we keep, so there’s not masses, but I’m thinking of a box per child for the special stuff to be organised and stored in

Before I hit IKEA I thought I’d ask on here in case anyone has ingenious tips for storage ideas!

Don't keep the artwork. It won't keep well. Take photos of it all and get a nice book printed. You are much more likely to look at it than getting a box out after 10 years or so!
You could also do the same with reports etc. as well I suppose.

If you do want to keep any art then an A3 folder is really useful. They hold quite a lot but might need slimming down every so often if your children produce a lot of artwork.

I use a filing cabinet kept in the garage.
