Just that really! My cleaner is on holiday and I have been wondering if I should pay her "holiday pay" when she's not here. She has been with us for 16 years and I pay her into her bank account as she declares everything. But I have never paid her when she is on holiday but wonder if I should. We paid her full pay all through lockdown for three months and any weeks we asked her not to come if one of us had covid. I have also increased her pay recently with cost of living going up without her asking for a rise as I think that is fair. Interested in what you do regarding holiday pay. Thanks
