I lived here- by the sea- and DH moved here and we bought a house that was by the sea again but near fields and walks and the metro. Then this house came on the market and we had always said how beautiful they were and it is only 5 miles walk from our last house. We moved here 5 years ago.Near really good schools, metro, the sea, fields, the village shops. PIL moved up here about 4 years ago and live 10 mins walk from us and are a huge help with our DC.
Love our house but I have itchy feet at the minute for some reason.

Have lived all over the world but have been living in our town now for 28 years. Good schools, safe, feel comfortable here ,children all exploring the world but am pretty certain they will come back here when they want stability! If they can afford it!!!!!

I am very lucky to have a lovely council flat in a very desirable part of central London. I have no chance of ever being able to buy here or anywhere else. I don’t think I could swap for anything as good outside the capital. I have a good job I can walk to in 20 minutes.

Because I was born and bred here.

Interesting city. Lots happening. Feels very exciting. Great community feel. Not too up itself and afdordable. Very diverse in all sense of the word. Near lots of amazing countryside and sea within an hour.
