Cleaner rates

I would like to ask about rates for cleaners- we love ours and want to make sure we're doing the right thing.

We pay £13p/h for 4 hrs per week, christmas bonus and a week paid holiday in summer- but I think maybe I should pay more/ offer more paid holiday? Thank you in advance

My mum is a cleaner and gets paid £10/£11 p/h in rural Suffolk, so I think £13 is absolutely fine, and she would be very happy with holiday pay as she doesn't currently get any!

I charge £15 an hour and take all my own products, no one has ever given me holiday pay but I do get lovely Christmas gifts and had some Easter eggs this week.
