Oven Repair

In my haste to get an oven repaired I booked Go Assist this afternoon. An engineer still hasn't phoned me to arrange a time to come out to do the repair.

I then read all the awful reviews on Trust Pilot.

Has anyone had any experience of them? I am wondering if I can't get an engineer to come out in the advertised 48 hours could I get a refund?

If you paid by card you could contact your bank for a chargeback?

I've read the contract small print and think I might be able to cancel and get a refund.
