Best tumble dryer balls

I used to have some years ago that did the trick but we're too noisy in the open plan kitchen. Are there quieter ones now? We've now got a utility room so it's not quite so echoey either.

I have some made from wool, I haven't noticed that they are particularly noisy.

I have some hedgehog ones that are very noisy to start with but once they get going and get within the washing they do get quieter

Thanks both. I had some spiky plastic ones originally. I try and cut down on tumble drying but DD1 insists the texture of non tumble dried is too rough for her so all hers need to be finished off in the dryer if only for 10/15 minutes so tumble dryer sheets are wasted just for that time.
