Housekeeping couple advice please

Looking for a couple to move
Into our on-site cottage - help in the house/garden in exchange for living in a rent free beautiful cottage in Hampshire. Never done this kind of thing before so don't know where to start looking for such a couple.

I was thinking of 1 day a week in the house and 1 day a week in the garden - light housework and gardening - in exchange for rent free living in a cottage.

No idea if this is reasonable? And how would I go about finding this couple? Thx all

I think most housekeeping couples work full-time for the family and receive a healthy wage on top of their accommodation

Thx - then that wouldn't work for us as we don't need full time help!
