Built in ovens

At last am in process of getting new kitchen and I want a built in oven.

Any recommends for makes or definite avoids for oven manufacturers?

I've got two single ovens. The bottom larger one is a Neff with a slide and hide door - love this so much as it means you are never stretching over a hot glass door. It also has a grill in it. the top oven is much smaller, a Miele which is an oven, microwave and grill. It's brilliant. We originally ordered a Neff top oven , but it was out of stock for ages and in the end (several weeks after the kitchen was finished) John Lewis supplied the Miele at no extra cost. It heats up really fast and saves putting the bigger oven on if I've just got one shelf's worth to cook.

Love my Howdens own brand.

What is the benefit of a slide away door please?

For me my ovens are stacked and I'm a shortarse. With the slide and hide door out of the way I can reach safely to get things out of the higher oven. The lower oven has a regular door.
