Gravy fat

Please can somebody recommend a seperator thing that works for small amounts? My kitchen looks like a science lab and there's greasy gravy everywhere

Ice cubes for a small amount like that

For that tiny amount I’d have put it in the freezer whilst resting the meat then scraped the solidified fat off.
