DH has a record sleeve with some blue biro he wishes to remove gently without damaging the cardboard.

It seems impossible but would be really grateful any suggestions!

I recently got spilt Biro out of clothing using surgical spirit. Once I'd bought it, it turned out to but be the exact chemical that the internet said I needed, but I tried it anyway and it worked. I might try it out on something less precious than the record sleeve first though - it seemed kind of greasy, which was fine for clothing because it washed out.

Have you got any make up remover/micellar water kind of thing?
Use a cotton bud dipped in it. It might not work, but unlikely to damage it too much so worth a try.

Thank you both for the suggestions! We'll give them a try.

You can buy an ink rubber eraser. About £2.
