Posting parcel to USA

Not sure where best to place my question , so apologies

I have a couple of small parcels to send to USA - nothing valuable or sentimental and not breakable but could get damaged if not wrapped properly etc

It is years since I sent anything abroad - I send everything in UK by Royal Mail.

Any recommendations for alternatives to Royal Mail for sending to USA ?

I haven't weighed them yet and expect to pack in a box and then in a postal plastic bag .

I guess one is shoebox size and would weigh up to 2lbs and the other probably about 3-4 lbs.

look up UPS and FedEx? they are the biggest companies going to the USA

Royal Mail - inter parcel uses large companies but are way cheaper, but I only use inter parcel if regular Mail can’t chef there in time
