Does everyone know this but me? Oven decals.

How do I clean round my oven dials without rubbing off the control decals? My oven currently looks ridiculous (and grim) as the stainless steel front is all nice and shiny apart from around the control dials which have a greasy residue all round them as I don’t (can’t) clean there without them wearing off. Any help gratefully received!

Have you tried a soft toothbrush?

Mine don't come off with a bit of soapy water or anti bac on a microfibre cloth. What are you using?

I have only once ever removed one a bit that was with bleach and a metal scourer

Here’s a pic of one of the offenders (which has already suffered) - the only thing I can think off is to try and get as close as possible with cotton buds - but what a faff 🤨

Ours have come off too, such a nightmare! We’re just using a normal kitchen spray and a cloth but they’ve washed away with weeks of moving in…

Same - just soapy water and a soft cloth as I’m frightened of scratching the rest of it anyway. I guess the type of decal must vary.

Hi, I see this all the time, they are just stickers and come off easily.
