But not about food about separating food

I used to use cling but it's environmentally unsound as I assume foil is too

So when I freeze sausages or chicken pieces or stuff so they are separate what do I use

It seems to stick to greasproof

Any ideas?

Freezer bags? Separate ones for different foods?

KatyMac · 05/01/2008 19:22

Well I cut up chicken breasts into pieces then freeze them on a sheet of cling something, then tip them into an ice cram box and just take out as many as I need at a time (iyswim)

I didn't hink cling film was suitable for the freezer?

Little boxes?

Freezer bags?

I don't store it in the freezer in the cling I just freeze it on a tray covered in cling so it doesn't stick to the tray

Then I put it into a box we are talking about chicken nugget sized pieces of chicken & individual sausages so I only lift out how many I need on that day
